Supplies
+ Zadie Jumpsuit pattern (purchase PDF from Paper Theory and print before class)
+ Medium-weight woven fabric such as cotton, chambray, and linen, or heavyweight woven fabric such as denim for a more structured look
+ Different patterns often have different sizing measurements. For a perfect fit, please reference the Zadie Jumpsuit size chart to calculate your fabric yardage.
- 45" wide fabric:
- S (sizes 6-10) = 3.5 yds
- M - L (sizes 12-20) = 4.25 yds
- 60" wide fabric:
- S (sizes 6-10) = 2.5 yds
- M - L (sizes 12-20) = 3.25 yds
For this pattern--and any other time you sew--you will also need a complete sewing kit. We stock the best sewing tools + supplies in the shop for your convenience:
- All-purpose sewing thread to match your chosen fabric
- Dressmaker shears
- Snips
- Pins
- Pincushion
- Tailors chalk and/or water erasable fabric pen or pencil(s); the one you will need depends on the color + texture of your fabric(s)
- 18" transparent sewing ruler
- Seam ripper
