Sewing II: Unfolding Jacket // Supply List
- Wiksten Unfolding Jacket or Haori pattern printed on a large format printer at a copy shop and/or precut to your desired size using paper scissors. Please email us if you do not have a copy of the pattern.
- Medium weight woven fabric such as denim, canvas or wool for main (refer to size and yardage chart below for amount required; email us if you'd like less of a yard when you place your order and we will cut to size and refund the difference)
- Light-to medium-weight woven fabric such as cotton/linen blends for lining (refer to size and yardage chart for amount required; can also cut to exact length upon request)
- 2 1/2 yards lightweight fusible interfacing
- Dressmaker shears
- Snips
- Pins
- Pincushion
- Tailors chalk and/or water erasable fabric pen or pencil(s); the one you will need depends on the color + texture of your fabric(s)
- 18" transparent sewing ruler
- Seam ripper
- All-purpose sewing thread (to match outer fabric)
- Magnetic seam guide (optional)
