SEWING KIT
We stock the best sewing tools + supplies in the shop for your convenience. You'll need all of the following items at every class...and every time you sew!

• Dressmaker shears 
• Snips
• Pins
• Pincushion
• Tailors chalk and/or water erasable fabric pen or pencil(s); the one you will need depends on the color + texture of your fabric(s)
• 18" transparent sewing ruler 
• Sewing gauge
• Seam ripper
• All-purpose sewing thread (in color to match each project)
• Handsewing needles

optional supplies:

• Magnetic seam guide (highly recommend you have one for home use)
• Point turner
• Ezy-Hem
• Bobbin (class 15; make sure it fits your machine)
• Invisible zipper foot for your machine (tbd in class)

FABRIC + NOTIONS
1st project: Napkin

• 5/8-yard print or solid cotton fabric; quilter's weight with no stretch or cotton/linen works the best. this is enough fabric to make two 18" napkins. buy more fabric if you want to make more! 
• All-purpose sewing thread

2nd project: Cafe Curtain

• 1/2-yard muslin or quilter's cotton
• All-purpose sewing thread
• Sewing Kit: as noted above

3rd project: Zip-o-riffic Pillow

• 5/8-yard quilter's cotton or canvas
• All-purpose sewing thread
• 22-inch invisible zipper 
• Sewing Kit: as noted above
