Join Brooklyn-based graphic designer, illustrator and artist Sasha Prood, author of Watercolor Workshop: Learn to Paint in 100 Experiments, for a 3.5-hour multi-session online course that will bring a sense of freedom and fun to learning to paint with watercolors.
During this online workshop Sasha will cover a variety of traditional techniques like wet-on-dry and wet-on-wet painting, as well as more playful approaches like creating colorful ombré tests and adding elements like salts and sponges.
Students will develop a series of swatch tests that they can take reference when creating future work and develop small frame-worthy compositional studies.
The class fee includes a watercolor painting kit as well as a copy of Sasha's book shipped to you ($50 retail value). Additional supplies required here.
