Registration Policies

Before signing up for a workshop at Make, there are a few things you should know.  If you register for a class you're agreeing to the following (even if you don't actually read it). We promise it's not that bad!

 

REGISTRATION/CANCELLATION

Due to very limited space and scheduling issues class fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. (It doesn't happen very often, but if we have to postpone a session, we will notify you and offer you a makeup session or a gift certificate.) Please note: when you sign up for a class, you're registering for a spot in that particular class, on that date only, with no exceptions. 

 

ATTENDANCE

Being on time and attending all classes is important for your crafting success. there are no makeups for missed sessions, and we can't guarantee that you'll be able to complete the scheduled project on your own. We always do our best to catch you up, but only during the session you originally enrolled in.

If you're not sure you'll be able to make all the classes as listed on the calendar, consider waiting until the class is offered again. (Join our mailing list if you want to hear about new classes as they're posted.)

 

SUPPLIES

All of the supplies required for a class that are not available in our shop are listed on the website and/or emailed to you upon enrollment. From time to time we may email to inform you of any changes, but we promise there will be ample notice to gather everything together. Have questions? Please email us.
