• 1/2 yard of canvas or home dec fabric for the tote (get one that isn't too thick so it will be easy to sew)
• 3 yards of 1-inch webbing for the handles
• All-purpose sewing thread
• Scissors (new or only used on fabric)
• Pins
• Pincushion
• Tailors chalk or fabric marking pen
• optional: sewing ruler, magnetic seam guide
