intensive weekend workshop will teach you how to design and make a
pair of shoes with an introduction you to the fundamental principles
of hands-on shoemaking including patternmaking, plus share her insights
as a working designer in the footwear industry. click on the links
above for design inspiration. although everything shown is a high
heel, you're welcome to create a pair with a low heel or even a flat
in leather or fabric. bring tears and sketches to the first meeting
for discussion. note: class size is very limited. in addition to the
cost of your supplies, soling will be done by a professional cobbler
after the class (approx. $50 fee.) |
